Eva’s background story, her current studies for Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design, and active paid work in the industry plus volunteer work recognised her efforts out of thousands. Eva’s passion for design and construction led her to Melbourne to study the Advanced Diploma of Civil Construction Design at Melbourne Metropolitan College. A strong advocate for Filipino international students and migrant engineers, she co-founded the Australian chapter of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers and serves as its vice president. Now a qualified Mechanical Engineer, Eva contributes to major Victorian projects, champions diversity through Women in Construction initiatives, and supports engineers through mentoring, networking, and career development.
Eva is an advocate for Filipino international students and migrant engineers. She helped establish the Australia chapter of the Philippine Society of Mechanical Engineers and is a champion for diversity, inclusion and professional growth as the society’s vice president.
